Meet your hosts
Hi, we're Courtney & Julie of Invision Events and Wendy of Birds of a Feather Events
We're passionate about empowering and equipping creatives to understand, attract, serve and thrive with luxury clients in the luxury wedding market while stepping into their truest and most powerful selves and artists.
As the founders of Educate | Empower | Encourage and nationally recognized and award winning luxury planners in our own right, we've seen how the lack of true transparency around how to serve this specific niche of clientele keeps you spinning your wheels and never being able to achieve the freedom you deserve - both financial and artistic.
And that's exactly why we founded E3 in April of 2020. To give other creative entrepreneurs the tools, strategies, insights, consumer behavioral data and results oriented advice and coaching that we never had. And that still doesn't exist anywhere else.
We're known for being thought leaders, tastemakers, trailblazers and the next generation of industry icons who are on a mission to ensure every creative has the knowledge, data, resources, tools, confidence and mindset to run a sustainable, wilding profitable and thriving business, with FULL TRANSPARENCY and NO FLUFF.

Meet your hosts
Hi, we're Courtney & Julie of Invision Events and Wendy of Birds of a Feather Events
We began with tiny, but mighty (and humble!) beginnings. Charging less than $1,000 for our services. Working more than 70 events per year. 60-80 hour weeks.
Eventually that transformed into a small handful of clients each year, working no more than 20 hours each week, with fees from a single client totaling more than six figures.
And yes, this been repeated time and time again!
So how'd we do it? We changed a lot of things - our pricing, our marketing, our structure, our mindset, our branding, our deliverables, our value, our priorities and even our goals.
And then we went to work learning, adjusting, tweaking, practicing and doing. Lots of doing, taking messy and inspired action, and not giving up.
Oh and investing, too. Lots of investing. Courses, workshops, new websites, you name it.
In the end, it's been worth it. We now have businesses that are wildly profitable, highly successful, completely fulfilling and that thrive, not just survive.
